🎯 Missions
**MUST BE BASED IN THE EUROPEAN OR THE UK TIME ZONES**
As our Senior Product Manager (Content) you will lead the content team to identify, innovate, produce and analyze the content our users have available in the app. You will be the leader of a team of motion designers and creative engineers, set goals independently and grow the Mojo product and business through all creative means at your disposal.
Content includes:・Motion design templates for all formats on social media and beyond・Best-in-class library of text effects, animations, transitions, color filters, video effects and more・Creative assets like stickers, media, music and pre-made content pieces
You will work closely with the Product, Growth, and Engineering team to bring desktop-grade motion design and video editing capabilities that were previously inaccessible to mobile to the broad audience of millions of people.
To accomplish this, you will:・Lead the content team, including Motion Design and Creative Engineering・Create a content roadmap for your focus area on a quarterly basis・Craft exceptional video and animation content with your team. Exceptional means it has the highest level of design quality, finessed animations, is outstandingly simple to use, has a perfectly clear use case or uses clever wording.・Become deeply knowledgeable about our users and the market by conducting user interviews, benchmarking competitors and analyzing data

To excel as Senior Product Manager and fulfill the missions outlined, the following skills are essential:
・Product Mindset: You have years of experience in Product management and are obsessed in creating the most value to users by combining qualitative with quantitative data.
・Exceptional understanding of current content dynamics: You love to study social media, you are knowledgeable about current trends, you know how to define a structured process to stay up-to-date with the market.
・Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead and inspire a team of engineers and designers to achieve goals independently of supervision.
・Video editing and motion design knowledge: You’re passionate about great videos, you have used video editing and motion design software before, and you understand the basics of video editing like Keyframes, Animators and Timelines.
・Strong sense for design: You have a professional or personal background and passion in design, you are a visual person, and you can differentiate a good design from a great design.
・Product Management: Create and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features/content, and defining release schedules.
・Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design and growth. You communicate clearly, both written and spoken.
・Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to collect and interpret data, conduct A/B testing, and make data-backed decisions to optimize product performance.

💻 Our work style
We are a small team of 25 people. Almost all of us are based in Europe. We have an office in Paris where half of us go weekly. The rest of the team works remotely and usually comes monthly to the office.
We gather every six months for team offsites and regularly host team events in Paris.
We work in English. Our communication is mainly written.
Most of our major initiatives are organized in autonomous squads.
