About the role

You must meet all qualifications and eligibility requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Time-in-Grade/Band: Current Federal employees must have completed 52 weeks in a position equivalent to the next lower band (NQ-3) or GS-14. Specialized Experience: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower NNSA Demonstration Project pay band or GS grade level in the Federal service, i.e., NQ-3 or GS-14. Specialized experience for this position is defined as experience planning, organizing, and directing the operations of a federal workforce planning program to include conducting studies and analyses on agency-wide manpower requirements, and formulating strategies to identify and address current and future workforce needs, to include but not limited to reorganization and realignment efforts. CTAP/ICTAP candidates: CTAP and ICTAP candidates will be eligible for selection priority if it is determined that they have exceeded the minimum qualifications for the position by attaining at least a "well qualified" rating of 85 out of 100.
