In this role, Senior Fullstack React/AWS-Serverless Developer within Web Development team, you will be enhancing the current owner experience portal along with associated backend Node based AWS Lambdas.

Responsibilities:

• Join an enthusiastic team of engineers working on Web development products, playing a major part in the company's growth
• Raise and follow the standards for clean and maintainable code in your team
• Inspire, mentor, and encourage team members to reach their full potential 
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
• Develop and manage well-functioning middleware and front-end UI applications
• Take ownership of problems and their solutions, delivering business value end to end across our technology stack

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 year Full stack development certificate
• BS Computer Science or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience in developing using NodeJS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• 2+ years of experience developing AWS serverless applications with CDK or CloudFormation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Functional React, front end UI development 
• Sound knowledge of ECMAScript (6+) specification. 
• Proficiency and understanding of JavaScript Design patterns, transpires, lazy Loading, Static website builders such as Gatsby or Astro and module bundlers.
• Proficiency in building and deploying cloud-native solutions with AWS CDK
• Strong experience in web service development (RESTful/json)  
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines 
• AWS Roles/Permissions. 
• Understanding of Agile techniques and ability to rapidly iterate in a dynamic environment 
• NextJS or AstroJS Server Side Rendering experience is a plus
• Experience with securing applications and performance tuning 

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.·       California (Bay Area) - $127,000 - $181,500
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.  (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
