Position: Service Department Manager
Location: San Jose, CA 95112
Compensation: $110,000-$180,000

Responsibilities that Define Success:

• Lead and inspire a team of skilled service technicians for top-notch service delivery.
• Oversee day-to-day service operations, optimizing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with service coordinators, warehouse/inventory manager, and sales manager to hit company goals.
• Set high standards for service appointments, safety, and industry compliance.
• Conduct enriching training sessions to elevate technical skills and ensure service excellence.
• Provide constructive feedback to enhance technician performance.
• Manage job expenses to meet budgetary requirements effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven track record in HVAC service, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a knack for efficiency.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and tackle diverse projects.
• Motivated, flexible, and sporting a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with operational processes, data analysis, and improvement initiatives.
• Valid DL and EPA Certification required.
