Senior Assistant Vice President

•    Lead and inspire teams (initial estimate = 10+ data professionals), fostering collaboration and managing matrixed resources for optimized execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and lead a global data modernization program, ensuring delivery across multiple countries, time zones, and cultures while upholding enterprise standards.
• Lead and inspire teams (initial estimate = 10+ data professionals), fostering collaboration and managing matrixed resources for optimized execution.
• Oversee large-scale cloud and data migration initiatives, including portfolio-level planning, risk management, architecture decisions, and stakeholder alignment to achieve critical transformation objectives.
• Partner with senior executive teams to define strategic goals, communicate program outcomes, and drive innovation in enterprise data management and governance.
• Have a total of 15+ years of experience with a minimum of  7 + years of proven expertise in data management and enterprise data modernization, 

 

• Demonstrated experience running global data programs and managing large-scale migrations to cloud (Azure - preferred , etc.), with deep technical and operational acumen.
• Strong leadership of international, cross-functional teams (10+ people) .
• Mastery of enterprise data platforms, cloud migration strategies, and modernization frameworks in diverse industries.
• Insurance industry expertise (extendable to financial services)
