About this Role

Carrier is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic student to join our team as a Research Intern for the Summer 2025.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Model Based Design intern for Carrier Transport Refrigeration Systems
• Undertake modeling activities (steady state and dynamic state) for refrigeration systems
• Analyze electrical and refrigeration systems
• Conduct optimization.

Basic Qualifications
 

• Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (or Higher) in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
• GPA must be greater than or equal to a 3.0 GPA
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Looking for an upcoming Senior level student
• Proficiency Knowledge in optimization tools and mechanical modelling tools.
• Self-driven and proactive
• HVAC/R knowledge preferred.
• Team player and willing to collaborate with others on projects
