And every time you hear a phone ping, you’ll be proud of knowing you were part of making that happen. </em></p><p><em>We’re now looking for a Senior Talent Development specialist to chase the dream with us. </em> </p><h3><br/></h3><h3>The essence of the role </h3><p>This role is part of our global HR team at Sinch, contributing to our ongoing mission of integrating multiple acquisitions worldwide and strengthening Sinch as an employer. In this role you will be responsible for developing and leading implementation of a wide range of people centric initiatives. You will lead the execution of initiatives within our largest business unit, known as CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service), as well as our Group Functions. The CPaaS unit is a global team of 2500 employees. Additionally, you will engage with leaders and collaborate within the HR community, facilitating the deployment of targeted people-oriented initiatives. </p><p>It’s an exciting time to join Sinch, you’ll play a crucial part of building an even stronger company together with talented colleagues! </p><p><br/></p><p><strong>As our new People Development Specialist, you will:</strong> </p><ul> <li>Design, develop and implement end-to-end solutions and initiatives to drive growth, performance and development of our Sinchers (employees). These initiatives are in areas such as (but not limited to), performance development, talent management, leadership development, culture, DEI, succession planning and employee well-being. </li> <li>Own and drive the coordination and execution of people initiatives for our global CPaaS unit in alignment with the HR community. You are responsible for the roll out and support to CPaaS and group functions in recurring people processes such as our Engagement survey and Performance development process. </li> <li>Get to facilitate leadership development programs, conduct workshops with senior stakeholders and offer guidance and training to our HR community in the philosophy and operational aspects of people centric initiatives. </li> <li>Initially, you’ll play a critical role in co-creating the global Sinch wide performance development framework, and orchestrate the rollout and activation of this model in CPaaS in 2024 together with leaders and HR. </li> </ul><h3><br/></h3><h3>Who are you? </h3><p>This role is made for you who thrive in a fast-paced work environment, and loves working in a global context. You are a self-starter, with strong capability to structure and independently drive your work forward with a hands-on, can-do, can-try approach. </p><p><strong>In order to contribute in this role, you have: </strong> </p><ul> <li>10+ years of demonstrated successful, innovative and value-driven HR experience in a global setting. You’ve worked in roles as a senior expert or leader specializing in Talent Development and People Experience, and/or in combination as an HR Leader or Senior HR Business Partner. </li> <li>Solid experience and in-depth expertise in philosophies, global trends, best practices and deployment across areas such as performance, talent management, leadership development, organizational culture and succession planning. </li> <li>Proven track record of designing and implementing impactful talent and performance development programs, showcasing the ability to facilitate training sessions and workshops. </li> <li>Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, facilitate decisions and manage multiple initiatives in parallel. </li> <li>The skill to easily gain trust at all levels, building strong relationships </li> </ul><ul> <li>Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure the impact of people initiatives. </li> <li>Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
