As a Large Enterprise Service Associate, you'll serve as a trusted partner to financial advisors and their teams, helping them navigate processes, leverage technology, and deliver outstanding client experience. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships, solve meaningful challenges, and contribute directly to advisor success within one of the industry's leading financial services organizations.

You'll become a go-to resource, collaborating across multiple departments and gaining valuable exposure to advisor operations, account management, and financial services best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in onboarding and training of new advisors & their staff on LPL systems and processes.

  • General problem resolution, providing assistance or instruction with navigating systems & performing various types of requests. Follow up with sending corresponding How to Guide.

  • Educate advisors and staff on account services, capabilities, and new technology.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the advisor experience.

  • Actively contribute to the development of the Advisors CSA/team by sharing best practices and contributing to the development of the team.

  • Assist with Advisor escalations that are operational in nature – new accounts, cash management, transfers, and account maintenance (e.g., periodic distributions, debits), working closely with the Service Pods and Operations Manager for resolution.

  • Conduct proactive outreach to advisors and teams on time sensitive activities (e.g., trade notifications)

  • Assume ownership of inquiries and requests; communicate with internal departments to ensure clients’ expectations for timely service delivery are met.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in a customer focused role, with excellent verbal, and written communication skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.

  • 2+ years' experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM applications.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build and foster relationships with clients, coworkers, and internal/external partners.

Preferences:

  • Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Business, Accounting or Finance

  • Experience working with Financial Advisors, Branch and Home Office support teams

  • 2-3 years brokerage/financial services industry

Pay Range:

$23.52-$39.17/hour
