Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Playing an active role as an integral part of the Transformation Programme Management in transforming the ALDI IT worldwide into a product centric organisation
- Enabling effective programme delivery by designing, continuously evolving and managing relevant programme management activities and products. Our focus for this role: driving our programme success measurement framework
- Closely collaborating with our transformation programme workstreams as well as our internal customers
- Ensuring best fit solutions by establishing trustful working relationships
- Regularly communicating with and reporting to different management levels
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- At least five years of experience in programme/project/product management or as a management consultant
- Excellent analytical, conceptual as well as data & content visualization skills and a structured approach to processing topics or issues
- Ability to always consider the bigger picture while applying a healthy balance between pragmatism and attention to detail
- Passion for owning and driving topics over a longer period of time
- Advanced stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and (ideally) German
Desirable extras.
- A degree with a focus on business administration (or comparable qualification)
- Knowledge of SharePoint, Confluence and Jira
