EPD Customer Success Specialist – Finnish Speaking

<p>We are looking for an <strong>EPD Customer Success Specialist</strong> to work with our Finnish customers.</p><p>One Click LCA is the construction industry’s leading digital platform for Life Cycle Assessment for buildings, infrastructure, and manufacturing. A B2B SaaS business, our solutions are used in over 140 countries, across +50,000 global construction projects, with +150,000 certified construction data points — and trusted by the biggest names in construction and manufacturing.</p><p>You will join a supportive, effective, and mission-oriented team in a flexible, friendly and international work environment and have a great deal of autonomy in your role.</p><p><em>This full-time, permanent position is available on a remote basis for candidates based in EU / UK.</em></p><h3>What you’ll do:</h3><ul> <li>Deliver customer trainings and onboardings on Life Cycle Assessments and EPDs to make them successful in their use of our software to deliver EPDs</li> <li>Helping our customers with their queries related to the software, technical queries about product LCA &amp; EPDs, EPD standards and calculation methods</li> <li>Own the Customer Success role for our manufacturing clients by establishing a trusting relationship with customers ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction</li> <li>Stay up to date with the One Click LCA platform inside out to be able to help customers</li> <li>Writing and contributing to guidance articles which are published on our customer help centre page</li> <li>Identifying platform improvements and raising them to Product Management</li> <li>Maintain high quality standards compliance of our LCA &amp; EPD work</li> </ul><h3>What you need:</h3><ul> <li>Degree in engineering with a major or minor in environmental, mechanical, materials or similar</li> <li> 1-2 years hands-on experience on LCA, product sustainability or related area is an advantage</li> <li>Experience in technical support, product training and process documentation is an advantage</li> <li>Ability and motivation to become an expert in construction sector product LCA software, EPDs and CFPs</li> <li>High customer and service orientation, with attention to details</li> <li>Ability to quickly analyse client situation and to find most suitable solution for them</li> <li>Fast learning skills and desire to improve constantly</li> <li>Excellent communication skills both externally and within the team</li> <li>Proficiency in English and Finnish</li> </ul><h3>What we offer:</h3><ul> <li>Work in a growing business that helps bring about a zero-carbon future.</li> <li>Substantial freedom – with no fixed hours and remote working.</li> <li>Challenges, substantial responsibility and the chance to see the results of your work directly.</li> <li>Competitive compensation and opportunity for professional development.</li> <li>A dynamic, friendly, motivated and diverse team of top-notch professionals.</li> <li>Great colleagues, social events and ability to contribute to market transformation.</li> </ul><h3>Interested?</h3><p>We are eagerly waiting for your application until<strong> 22</strong><strong> June 2025</strong>.
