Insights Training Specialist

Support the development and delivery of training processes and material for the Insights department. Support knowledge management activities.

TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES

Onboarding and training

• Support the maintenance of processes for onboarding and training for Costing Insights
• Contribute to the extension of the onboarding and training processes to the entire Insights department
• Support the development and delivery of training modules for the Insights department
• Contribute to the creation of training modules when relevant
• Implement and maintain training modules in the learning tool framework
• Provide support and training on the use of the learning tool framework
• Support the monitoring of global training progress, training completion, and training impact on team capacity
• Contribute to identifying the needs for technical training of all team members (continuous improvement)
• Support the design and implementation of a competence management framework (processes and tools) for the Insights department
• Support the management of the Insights skill inventory
• Collect needs regarding key skills to develop at A2MAC1; support the development and implementation of related training material
• Support communication and alignment with other internal stakeholders to identify synergies and ensure consistency

Knowledge management

• Support the development and the implementation of a knowledge management roadmap
• Support the definition, the design and the implementation of new knowledge management related projects in line with A2MAC1’s strategic objectives
• Support the selection and implementation of a knowledge management tool framework

Requirements

Professional Background

• Minimum master’s degree
• Experience in technical training or mentoring
• Experience in the use and/or implementation of a learning management software is a plus
• Experience in costing engineering is a plus
