Role Overview:

As a Capital Markets Product Specialist Intern, you'll support product specialists working directly with end users and clients on issue resolution. You'll champion data integrity, monitor data quality issues, and work with the Data Management team for solutions. You'll handle user support and documentation, ensuring a consistent user experience within the Leasing or Capital Markets Technology Group.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize, update, and maintain process documentation, including user-facing support, UAT testing workflows, and enhancement/defect prioritization.

• Respond as the first line of defense for support cases/chats/calls and manage escalation workflows with technology teams.

• On-board and off-board technology for new and terminated employees.

• Document case resolutions and improve messaging consistency across teams.

• Collaborate on operational service benchmarks like response and resolution time, ensuring high CSAT scores.

• Use tools like Generative AI, specifically JLL GPT, to optimize tasks and initiatives.

• Dates: June 2, 2025 – August 8, 2025

• Location: Remote, USA

Education, Skills, and Experience:

• Pursuing an Associate or Undergraduate degree in Finance, Real Estate, Data, Product, Customer Service/Success, or related fields.

• Customer support experience is preferred.

• Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence) and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.

We do not offer relocation assistance or housing for our internship program.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

10,000.00 – 12,800.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
