LEVEL II
- Estimated annual base pay: $89,000.00(minimum) - $116,000.00(midpoint) - $142,000.00(maximum)
LEVEL III
- Estimated annual base pay: $108,000.00(minimum) - $140,000.00(midpoint) - $173,000.00(maximum)

LEVEL II
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage WWD operational best practices in the supply chain. Identify the key areas our suppliers need to improve and coach them to implement “needle moving” systems and tools.
- Engage with suppliers to understand if they can deliver quality parts at the rate and lead time we need to satisfy our customers and if not, what countermeasures are required.
- Supplier Performance Analysis: Evaluates supplier performance data to identify improvement opportunities and implement enhancement strategies.
- Process Improvement Initiatives: Develops and executes process optimization plans to enhance supplier capabilities and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Partners with procurement, quality assurance, and engineering teams to facilitate effective supplier development and integration.
- Training and Support: Provides informal guidance and training to new team members and suppliers to enhance technical skills and understanding of company requirements.
- Issue Resolution: Identifies and resolves supplier related issues using technical expertise and judgment to maintain quality and timely delivery.
Key Skills:
- Supplier Relationship Management: Expert in building and maintaining strong partnerships with suppliers to enhance collaboration and performance.
- Process Improvement: Skilled in analyzing and optimizing manufacturing and supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Data Analysis: Proficient in interpreting complex data sets to inform decision making and drive strategic supplier development initiatives.
- Technical Problem Solving: Adept at identifying root causes of technical issues and implementing effective solutions using engineering principles.
- Project Management: Experienced in planning, executing, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within budget delivery.
- Effective Communication: Capable of clearly conveying complex technical information to diverse stakeholders in straightforward situations.
- Quality Assurance: Knowledgeable in quality control standards and methodologies to ensure supplier products meet company and industry specifications.
