Job Title: Treasury FX & Derivative - Process Executive
Reports to Treasury Team Leader
The Executive is responsible for performing Cash & Debt management activities supporting Treasury operations, which services the Asia Pacific / Europe / US operations for Bunge Group. In addition, the Executive is also responsible for supporting Officers in transaction processing & issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Posting of account statements to banks GL’s (FEBA Postings)
- Manual upload of bank statement (FF67)
- Uploading FX rates in SAP basis the rates published on bank sites
- Commitment fee calculation
- Reconciling loan balances for Romanian entities
- Preparing loan split(product wise) for receipts and payments along with the FX basis the linked profile Centre.
- Loan interest calculation (Romania and Hungary)
- Updating FX rates in Dashboard as per bank’s sites for multiple currencies and reconciling on weekly and monthly basis
- Circulating Monthly FX rates to local teams
- Share of Wallet
- Preparing Debt Compliance Certificate
- DCC consolidation for EMEA region
- Preparing Counterparty Risk Assessment report
- MTM Calculation
- Contract Settlement
- Reconciling bank GL’s
- Cash Reconciliation and Cash Positioning (EUR and USD)
- Credit card management for Western Europe
- Preparing debt report for Romania along with the KBBV files (recording daily movements in excel files)
- KBBV Reconciliation (Geneva- SAP vs Excel files prepared by BO)
- Zero balance Split for Hungary
- Reporting Cash EOM balances
- Freight postings
- Audit request
Knowledge and Experience Essential:
• 3 - 5 years of work experience in a similar role
• Experience in Agribusiness/Commodity trading industry preferred
• Minimum Education Qualification – Graduation
• Good knowledge of concepts and procedures related to Cash & debt management accounting & reporting
• Ability to work independently, efficiently and deliver high quality output under time pressure
• Independent and meticulous with figures
• Strong written & oral communications skills in English. Knowledge of Asia languages added advantage. • Strong problem solving & organization skills
• Excellent computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience in ERP/ Accounting systems/SAP Distinct Advantage
• Experience working in a similar Shared Services Centre setup a distinct advantage
• Experience in processing of high volumes of transactions
• Willing to work in different shift timings specially US shifts
