Job Summary

In our office, we strive to provide our clients with excellent customer service. We are seeking an Office Manager who, as the first point of contact for customers, is customer-focused and takes the initiative to contribute to the overall results of the team. If you possess excellent communication skills, have an eye for detail and a strong work ethic, you’ll enjoy working in our small yet fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills with an ability to positively influence a team, foster a collaborative environment, and contribute to the overall success of the branch.

Job Responsibilities

Office duties include but are not limited to:

· Answering phones and customer inquiries, and responding to emails

· Assist with scheduling calibration technicians

· Assist with scheduling periodic calibrations with extensive customer base

· Collecting client information and data entry

· Entering work order and inspection reports

· Providing quality customer service.

· Helping with special projects, and other office related duties needed in our service department.

Preferred Qualifications

· Excellent communication skills

· Excellent customer service skills

· Working knowledge of the geographical area and related counties

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

· Positive attitude – with an interest in contributing to team results

· Attention to detail

· Organized with the ability to multi-task and set priorities

· Work in a professional manner appropriate to the metrology industry

Minimum Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED

· Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English

· Experience with Microsoft Office 365 software (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.)

· Data Entry experience: 1 year (Preferred)

· Customer service experience: 1 year (Preferred)

· Scheduling experience: 1 year (Preferred)
