You Are:
The Records / Closeout Lead will be responsible for leading the Records and Information Management (RIM) and Closeout teams. Duties may include leading audit and sampling, definition/implementation of tools and processes, presentation/outreach to the business and corporate leadership driving compliance and awareness on our corporate responsibilities for records management and disposition of records in accordance with Accenture Policy.
The Work:
- Provide supervision to Contract Management professionals (at all levels) as required.
- Provide guidance to AFS business/client units and project teams on contract management and policy compliance.
- Organize, control, and direct the work activities of a team of contract management professionals to support an internal, business or client unit.
- Reports to CM ADR Senior
Here's What You Need:
- College degree required; business, contract management, law or engineering preferred.
- Minimum 3.5 Years of experience including a background in contracts, project management and knowledge of the Federal government environment or related discipline.
- Experience in working with senior leadership; able to effectively communicate with client executives and all levels of the organization.
- Collaborative and persuasive; able to influence executives and non-executives.
- Strong leadership, influencing, management, negotiation, drafting and teaming skills with strong exec presence.
- Demonstrated successful management of complex functions.
- Thorough knowledge of corporate business practices, government and commercial contracting regulations and principles, and accounting and finance principles
- Able to manage complex activities in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and customer requirements.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Knowledge of and experience with Federal compliance regulations, specifically contract closeout.
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:
- California: $93,800 - $178,300
- Colorado: $93,800 - $154,100
- New York: $83,000 - $178,300
- Washington State: $99,900 - $164,000
