General Laborer

National Star Services is a 27-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a General Laborer in Elk Grove, IL.

We’re looking for a proactive General Laborer to boost our sustainability-driven operations. You'll prepare materials by removing tape, plastic, and staples from Styrofoam and cardboard, operate balers to meet production and safety benchmarks, sort recyclable plastics, and efficiently handle truck and trailer loading/unloading.

Schedule: Monday-Friday from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm (40 hours a weeK)

Pay rate: $16.00/hour Bi-weekly

Requirements

• Immediate availability is preferred.​
• Fluent in English & Spanish for efficient team communication
• A background check is required.
• Must have reliable transportation to commute to work.​
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role.​
