GCS&L Performance and Analytics Deployment Lead

We act on our values of Passion for consumers &amp; customers, Courage to dream &amp; pioneer, Care for people &amp; planet, Enjoyment of Life, always focused on being ourselves: inclusive, diverse, and open for new challenges. </p> <p> </p> <p><br/> <b>Your responsibilities would include</b>:</p> <p><br/> •    developing detailed deployment plans, including timelines, resources, risks, and contingencies<br/> •    defining and managing the scope of deployments to align with GCS&amp;L Performance &amp; Analytics goals and the DBB roadmap<br/> •    acting as a liaison between the GCS&amp;L P&amp;A team and DBB workstreams, ensuring alignment and smooth collaboration<br/> •    overseeing deployment execution, tracking progress against milestones, and ensuring quick resolution of issues<br/> •    coordinating and delivering training sessions to end-users to ensure proper knowledge transfer and value realization<br/> •    gathering user feedback and working closely with the product owner to align deployments with OpCo needs<br/> •    documenting deployment processes, value delivered, and improvement opportunities<br/> •    suggesting and implementing process improvements for future rollouts</p> <p><br/> <b>You are a good candidate if you have:</b></p> <p><br/> •    5-8 years of experience in supply chain roles in logistics or customer service<br/> •    project management experience, with a proven track record in execution<br/> •    FMCG or CPG industry experience<br/> •    experience in global organizations, working with multicultural stakeholders<br/> •    fluent English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate in an international environment</p> <p>•    strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making<br/> <br/> <b>You are a perfect match if you also have:</b><br/> •    experience in commerce or project management roles<br/> •    project management certification (a plus)<br/> •    a postgraduate degree or certifications in supply chain management<br/> •    additional language skills in French, Spanish, or Portuguese</p> <p> </p> <p><em>At HEINEKEN Kraków, we take integrity and ethical conduct seriously.
