Challenges You Will SolveAs our Senior Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for guiding GTM business teams within Red Canary to maintain and improve Salesforce solutions that enable Red Canary business teams to make their greatest impact. With your solid understanding of process, ability to synthesize complex information into simple statements, patience, willingness to learn and resourcefulness, you will help business teams build elegant, cost-effective, intuitive Salesforce  solutions that allow Red Canary to continue to grow, move fast and be a strong security ally to our customers.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Analyze business processes and propose Salesforce-based solutions to meet business needs. Collaborate with admins  to design solutions that align with best practices and Salesforce capabilities.
• Design and implement Salesforce integrations with various systems and applications, ensuring smooth data flow and process automation.
• Provide detailed documentation on project scope, business requirements, functional requirements, and test plans.
• Independently own and drive cross-functional initiatives by facilitating discovery, envisioning, requirements gathering, and design sessions.
• Collaborate on the process, design, and implementation of standards for requirements documentation and user stories via an agile (sprint-based) methodology process, while leveraging the Jira/Confluence toolset.
• Responsible for Epics/Stories and Acceptance criteria for feature build out. 
• Plan and facilitate system testing and UAT sessions with end users as needed 
• Collaborate with other BIS team members to ensure successful project execution.
• Assess the current state of business processes to document gaps and provide recommendations for the future state in line with proposed technology platform capabilities.
• Participate in daily stand-up, iteration planning, sprint review, and retrospective
• Guide team in release planning, backlog refining and other estimating practices
• Protects the team from uncontrolled injection of work (changes are evaluated/intentional)
• Able to do project retrospectives and root cause analysis to help teams continuously improve their practices to ensure maximum productivity
• Maintain team data in project management software (i.e., JIRA, Asana etc) to support estimates and execution. Presents high level project readouts for senior management

What You'll Bring

• 6+ years of experience working on the Salesforce platform as business analyst/ Salesforce admin or Salesforce consultant required. 
• Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience
• Experience gathering requirements associated with Salesforce projects and integrations
• Written and verbal communication skills are professional, concise, and effective.
• Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business problems, uncover issues and risks, and identify efficiencies.
• Prioritize workload, while being flexible and adjusting to shifting organization needs. 
• Adapt by quickly learning new business processes, tools, and terminology.
• Thrives in a highly collaborative, fast paced environment
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile practices
• Strong understanding of Marketing & Sales processes 
• Salesforce Admin certificate required
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ a plus
• Agile Product Owner Certification a plus 

Targeted base salary: $103,850 - $135,000 + bonus eligibility and equity depending on experience.
