Lead Generation Representative - (Urgently Hiring) - Highland Hills/Cleveland Area

What You'll Do:

• Call potential customers over the phone—be professional, convincing and confident 
• Qualify leads and set in-home sales appointments 
• Hit goals in a dynamic, team-driven environment 

What You Need:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent 
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-oriented role, such as retail, food service, call center, telemarketing, etc.

Work Schedule Availability:

This role follows a set weekly schedule once the training period is complete. We're looking for candidates who can reliably work 4 weekday evening shifts + 1 weekend shift each week.

 

Four (4) weekday shifts: 

• Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST

• You'll be scheduled for four of these five days each week.

 

One (1) weekend shift:

• Weekend shift hours on Saturday and Sunday vary 

• Specific schedules will be shared in advance.

    Standard Call Center Operating Hours:  Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM Saturday, 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM Sunday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
