This role is perfect for someone wanting to have a career in Human Resources, especially recruiting.  One of the fastest ways HR can add value to the business is by filling open roles with the right candidate and doing it swiftly!  You’ll also learn a ton about the other parts of HR as everything touches recruiting.  As a Recruiting Coordinator at Availity, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our talent Acquisition team to attract and on-board top-talent. Organization, attention to detail, and positive high-energy will be critical skills to usher candidates through the interview process and ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. Key Responsibilities:

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews across various departments and ensuring the candidate has a great experience and the interviewer has all of the information they need .

  • Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and fostering a positive candidate experience.

  • Keen eye for detail: Being discerning when interviewing candidates is critical. Ensuring candidates embody our company values and then pairing up the right candidate for the right role helps ensure they are successful once they join us.

  • Application Tracking System (ATS) Management: You will get to learn Workday, a critical tool for everyone in the HR field. We will need your attention to detail in maintaining candidate records and ensuring we follow our best practice processes, which include compliance.

  • Job Posting Management: Availity is an amazing company and we need your organizational skills to make sure candidates find us – internal and external!  You will manage our Job Posting Library as well as assist in posting job descriptions on  our careers page and other platforms like LinkedIn, using our branding so that the job postings ‘feel’ like Availity from the outset to anyone enquiring about the role.

  • Pre-Employment Processes: We’ve got some rigorous background checks and reference processes here at Availity.  We will need you to coordinate all of that for us.

  • On-Boarding Support: You will work closely with the Availity On-Boarding team, ensuring documentation is updated prior to new associates start dates.

  • Event and Career Fair Support: Assist with planning and logistics for career fairs, university recruiting events and internal hiring initiatives.

  • Candidate Data Integrity: Ensure all candidate documentation is accurate and stored appropriately for compliance and auditing purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience being a high performer in roles where lots of activity happens each day and you’ve taken full accountability to drive work projects to successful completion

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential; especially in:

    • Excel: Ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets, use formulas, and analyze data sets.

    • PowerPoint: Build polished presentations for internal use.

    • Outlook: Manage calendars, schedule interviews and handle high-volume email c
