Working as the Director of Dining Services for FRESH IDEAS, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day Foodservice operations on the campus of WESTMINSTER COLLEGE in Fulton, Missouri. You will manage and lead a team of employees and you will be responsible for managing client relationships, profitability of the account, and talent development.

 

Fulton, Missouri, offers a small-town experience with a rich history and a close-knit community.  Westminster College is a significant part of the town’s identity, bringing in students, faculty, and various cultural and educational events.  Fulton has several parks, including Memorial Park, where you can enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, picnicking, and sports.  The town is surrounded by Missouri's scenic countryside, offering opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts to explore trails, rivers, and forests.  Fulton hosts a variety of community events throughout the year, including festivals, farmers' markets, and historical reenactments.  The town has several art galleries, museums, and a strong connection to its historical roots, particularly through the Churchill Museum.  Fulton offers a peaceful, community-oriented lifestyle with the benefits of historical significance and access to natural beauty. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
• Maintains excellent relationships with the client
• Works with the Chef and management team in creating nutritious and top quality food for the students
• Implements new culinary programs in conjunction with the Company marketing and culinary teams
• Acts as a liaison between the Company, Client, and the community

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS Hospitality degree preferred
• Three to five years of foodservice management experience required
• Dining experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Financial and business acumen
• Excellent communication skills
