Food & Beverage Support

The Food & Beverage Support will provide guidance and direction to the Food & Beverage team in the areas of guest experience/satisfaction, development and training. The Food & Beverage Support is responsible for oversight of campus food and beverage needs for all campus events. This individual will be accountable for the proper stewarding for food coordination to support campus ministries, members and guests. The Food Service Support is responsible for vendor orders for account and reporting purposes, inventory control, merchandising, scheduling/managing of the Food & Beverage team, and working with the Event Coordinator in relation to events. Candidate is responsible for inner department communication with campus ministries and leadership. The candidate should possess knowledge of operations in food service (specifically in catering products and processes). Candidate must possess strong guest service and problem-solving skills, must be a good manager of people, and must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. This role is a part-time position with averaging a 25-hour work week.
