ServiceNow Delivery Lead

The Work:
A professional who understands ServiceNow, with Business Service Management practices, and experience with ITSM process and technology implementations. Experience with strategic advisory services, system implementations, business process definition, gap analysis, maturity assessments and recommendations for clients in the public and private sectors. The ability to develop and execute activities related to end-to-end ServiceNow delivery management, including scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment. Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables to client stakeholders. *This role will require up to 50% of travel.
Here's what you need:
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- 2+ years Delivery Lead experience
- 2+ years ServiceNow Experience
- Agile Delivery Experience
- Experience managing a delivery team
- ITIL Certification - v2 or v3 preferred
- Client-facing experience
Bonus Points if you have:
- An understanding of Change Management, Configuration Management, and Release Management as it relates to ITIL
- Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certifications
- PMP Certification
Eligibility Requirements:
- US Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
