Strategy Transformation Director

<p><strong>Job Brief: </strong></p><p>The Strategy Transformation Director is responsible for developing and executing the company’s overall business strategy, which includes creating plans to achieve specific goals and objectives. </p><p>Working closely with Senior Leadership team to ensure that their strategies align with the overall vision of the company. They may also be tasked with communicating these strategies to employees at all levels of the organization so that everyone knows what they are working toward.</p><p> In fulfilling the objectives of the role, the Strategy Transformation Director will need to:</p><ul> <li>Lead delivery of transformation roadmap, including strategic initiatives, milestones, owners and KPIs.</li> <li>Be accountable for bringing transparency to leadership on status of transformation. </li> <li> Drive delivery of special projects.</li> </ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul> <li>Lead Strategy and provide directions to the departments within</li> <li>Build relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders</li> <li>Apply forward-looking lens on planning transformation initiatives and continuous improvement</li> <li>Manage delivery of special projects</li> <li>Maintain governance and oversight of transformation initiatives</li> <li>Manage overall integration of transformation initiatives</li> <li>Communicate the overall transformation status, progress and issues to Strategy </li> <li>Review the transformation progress update report and problem solve issues</li> <li>Oversee internal change management initiatives and manage change resistance</li> <li>Engage with communications team to ensure awareness of transformation initiatives</li> <li>Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for growth within their respective areas of responsibility</li> <li>Recommend changes to current strategies to improve performance</li> <li>Develop and execute short- and long-term business plans to achieve desired growth targets while maximizing profitability</li> <li>Conduct market analysis, feasibility studies, and ROI calculations to support new business initiatives</li> <li>Lead the formulation of corporate vision and strategy, and ensure alignment with company values across all departments</li> <li>Define organizational objectives, key performance indicators, and success metrics</li> <li>Manage the strategic planning process, setting timelines and milestones for the achievement of goals</li> <li>Communicate the company’s vision and strategy to employees, shareholders, and other stakeholders.</li> </ul> <strong>leadership/management:</strong><ul> <li>Manage subordinates’ learning &amp; development requirements and ensure that it is successfully delivered and provide related feedback to the management.</li> <li>Assign roles and workload distribution, set team objectives and conduct regular informal one-on-one meetings to deliver personalized feedback and provide support to attain goals.</li> <li>Conduct formal performance evaluation process for the subordinates in order to optimize workplace productivity.</li> <li>Participate in the recruitment, selection, evaluation process of new employees. </li> <li>Provide guidance and delegate responsibilities to subordinates to facilitate performing different tasks to support succession planning process.</li> <li>Manage subordinates' administrational requirements. </li> <li>Assure that all subordinates are following Umniah’s policies and procedures and highlight any violation for the code of conduct.</li> <li>Manage economic, efficient and effective budget plan and control in alignment with the department and Umniah’s strategy.</li> <li>Ensure that employees are engaged and motivated through creating a respectful and trusting relationship with them and communicating Umniah values.</li> <li>Demonstrate flexibility in management by accommodating individual employee needs such as adjustable schedules or remote work options.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Education:</strong></p><p> Master's degree in business Management.</p><p><strong>Level of Experience</strong>:</p><p> Advanced Experience in a consulting firm or Corporate Strategy roles.</p><p><strong>Skills &amp; Knowledge</strong>:</p><ul> <li>Change management </li> <li>Assertive leadership with the ability to handle ambiguity </li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Hands on approach with proven track record of developing and implementing strategy plans successfully</li> <li>Very strong interpersonal skills – relationship-builder/team player with ability to interface and manage expectations with executive level and working group members seamlessly.</li> </ul><p><br/></p>
