We are building a modern cloud based solution that manages all the employees and organisational structure of the company.</p> <h4> <strong>Know the project</strong> </h4><p dir="ltr"><strong>Visma Organisation Master (VOM) </strong> is <a href="https://www.visma.no/"><strong>Visma's</strong></a> main tool, designed to provide comprehensive employee and organizational information to various departments, including HR, Finance, IT, and more. The application reflects the complexity of our company, as it is based on a dynamic, non-linear structure. It incorporates data from over 400 companies and manages information for more than 17,000 employees. VOM plays a crucial role in automating and optimizing internal processes, ensuring better collaboration and efficient management across the organization.</p><p dir="ltr">Security is a top priority for us, and we are accredited within the company as an application with a high level of security, ensuring that all data is protected to the highest standards<br/></p><h3><strong><strong>Meet the team</strong></strong></h3><p dir="ltr">You will work in one of Visma software development teams, together with skilled and motivated colleagues across Romania and Latvia. We encourage an open and friendly environment and have the autonomy to decide the tools, architecture and the programming languages used. We are focused on clean code and clean architecture, data consistency, performance, and especially security. Our working language is English.</p><h3><strong><strong>How about you?</strong></strong></h3><p dir="ltr">We're looking for someone with initiative, who brings ideas and solutions to the team. A natural leader who can take charge of driving the end-to-end automation of tests, both front-end and back-end.</p><p><strong>We expect you to have:</strong></p><ul> <li>Solid understanding and experience in Javascript and web applications</li> <li>At least 4-5 years experience with general testing activities for web applications</li> <li>At least 4-5 years of experience of automating tests on UI layer</li> <li>Knowledge of automation test tools/frameworks (like Cypress, Selenium, etc)</li> <li>Knowledge of Agile methodologies, like Scrum or KanBan</li> <li>A service-oriented and self-driven mindset</li> <li>Willingness to constantly learn; a positive, helpful and proactive attitude</li> </ul> <p><strong><strong><strong>As a member of our team you will:</strong></strong></strong> <strong><strong></strong></strong><br/></p><ul> <li>Collaborate with colleagues to deliver quality software to our customers</li> <li>Drive and plan the testing activities for new features</li> <li>Participate in the test automation work in the team</li> <li>Evaluate test results and help the development teams deliver</li> <li>Write tests on all layers and maintain these</li> <li>Write automated tests that cover product functionality on UI and API level</li> </ul><ul> </ul><p><strong><strong>Our Solution is based on:</strong></strong></p><ul> <li>ASP .NET , C#</li> <li>Angular with Typescript, Javascript , HTML</li> <li>Databases: MySQL and MongoDb</li> <li>REST APIs</li> <li>AWS</li> <li>GitHub</li> </ul><p><strong>Ready to dive deeper into our benefits? </strong><strong>Click on the video below and learn more!</strong><br/></p><ul> </ul>
