Overview
The Endpoint Support Analyst tackles technical issues that range from intermediate to complex levels. The Analyst actively contributes to the development and refinement of knowledge base articles and provides a deeper understanding of the support infrastructure. Analyst performs a meticulous validation of new hardware to ensure a flawless user experience. Analyst maintains system stability and actively identifies potential areas of improvement. Beyond technical proficiency, effective communication is integral, facilitating accurate and timely exchanges across support tiers.
This is a 3rd Shift (10:00pm - 8:30am) role working onsite at the main campus in KCMO. This role will include Weekend Rotations. Great Shift Differential!

Responsibilities
- Provides advanced Tier 2 technical support for diverse endpoints and addresses challenges related to desktops, laptops, tablets, VoIP phones, and other associated peripherals connected to our network.
- Installs a variety of approved organizational applications, resolves installation issues, provides impact communication, and addresses challenges to ensuring seamless functionality.
- Specializes in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Endpoints, Printers, and other desktop computing components, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Contributes to, reviews, and validates the accuracy of established knowledge base articles and documentation for accurate incident and task completion.
- Serves as a dedicated resource for organizational project work, ensuring effective collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) and 3-5 years' experience in Customer Service and/or Technical Support OR
- High School diploma or equivalent and 7 or more years' experience in Customer Service and/or Technical Support may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- CompTIA A+ certification Preferred
- CompTIA N+ certification Preferred
- CompTIA S+ certification Preferred
- Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) Preferred
- Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) Preferred
