✅ What You’ll Bring:

 

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum 2 years of general maintenance experience

• Ability to work the 11pm–7am shift with a rotating weekend schedule

• General knowledge of basic building maintenance

• Security experience is highly preferred

• Comfortable being called in for snow removal assistance during winter

As an Overnight Maintenance Technician, you’ll handle a variety of routine maintenance tasks, respond to overnight service requests, monitor for any building or security concerns, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for our residents and staff during the night hours.
