They will collaborate with teams to deliver cloud engagements that achieve business objectives, with a strong emphasis on Azure management, governance, and day-to-day operational excellence (identity, networking, security, cost, and reliability). The role owns primary responsibility for driving/evolving the Cloud Engineering team capabilities in Azure and Infrastructure as Code, including Terraform standards and reusable modules. The role is responsible for day-to-day operational response and problem resolution for referred incidents and is a participant in an on-call rotation.<br><br></p> <p><strong>RESPONSBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prioritize referred incidents from the Service Desk, Engineering/Data Science projects and other technology teams and provide/guide problem resolution for those incidents, including managing any necessary vendor engagement and serving as escalation point for the team</li> <li>Own and improve Azure platform operations and administration, including subscription/resource organization, RBAC/identity integration, networking, security controls, monitoring, and cost management</li> <li>Responsible for managing and improving our Terraform ecosystem (Terraform Cloud/Spacelift, policy/standards, and reusable modules with best practices built in)</li> <li>Implement and enforce Infrastructure as Code workflows (code review, testing, CI/CD, drift detection, and remediation) to improve repeatabilit
