As our Senior Product Designer, you'll be at the heart of shaping what's next for our products. You'll join a creative and passionate team, all working together to make The NU the go-to name in longevity. Your expertise will help us create products that are not just beautiful and efficient but also set new standards for user experience.

Responsibilities

• Create captivating user interfaces for a variety of our digital products.
• Translate complex data into intuitive, user-friendly designs.
• Oversee user interface design projects from initial idea to final implementation.
• Contribute to the maintenance of visual and user experience consistency across our products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement design solutions for our products.
• Participate in the iterative design process, providing a holistic approach to design.

Requirements

• Portfolio of past projects demonstrating your aesthetics and design process and ability to simplify complex problems.
• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles.
• Experience designing, maintaining, and implementing design systems.
• Fluency in collaborative design tools like Figma and Adobe Suite.
• An understanding of modern web technologies, web interactions, and usability standards.
• Ability to communicate concepts and designs through prototypes, sketches, high-fidelity comps, and presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present work effectively to a wider team and executives.

Good to have

• Basic knowledge or understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Motion design experience (After Effects, Lottie)
• 3D experience (C4D, Spline)
