Senior Business Systems Analyst

The Senior Business System Analyst is responsible for the implementation, validation, training and end user support of business trials on Veristat Business systems including but not limited to Enterprise Resource Management (ERM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Intranet, Universal Communications Platform and other systems as needed for general support of the business. The incumbent will develop and execute project plans, identify and provide training, plan for and implement systems upgrades, validations, enhancements, and programming to meet business needs. S/he will also be responsible, in conjunction with the managers and IT, to ensure that appropriate security measures are in place and adhered to in accordance to all Veristat, other Federal, State & Country agency policies.

What we offer

• The estimated hiring range for this role is $ 76,500 - $ 110,000 plus applicable bonus. This hiring range is specific to the US and will vary for other regions based upon local market data.  Final salary is ultimately decided upon taking into account a wide range of factors, including but not limited to: skills and experience, licensure and certifications, education, specific location and dynamic market data.

What we look for

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 4-6 years related business systems work experience with Professional Services Administration and Resource Management software systems (including system setup and maintenance) required, preferably in a clinical research, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical setting.
• Prior experience with financial business systems including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Billing and Accounts Receivables and other systems software (including system setup and maintenance) required; experience with the implementation and/or support of enterprise resource management systems preferred.
• Prior experience working with SharePoint and O365 preferred.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Strong computer skills required (Microsoft Office)
• Experience working with remote or geographically dispersed end-users required
• Driving/Travel requirements – 0-10%, travel to other offices may be required
