About the role

Our client, a global pharmaceutical corporation, has an immediate need for a Global Health Services Project Coordinator to join the team. If you have excellent communication and the following skills, we would love to speak with you!

Responsibilities

Provide project and program management support for critical projects and initiatives within the Global Health Services organization.
Review and approve all project plans and deliverables, including tracking key milestones, monitoring potential issues and risks, and providing weekly meeting minutes and actions to key stakeholders.
Work with the program manager to maintain project status reports, and provide progress reports to project sponsors.
Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and vendors, to ensure successful project outcomes
Utilize GHS Governance best practices to provide strategic insights, innovative solutions, and change management components.
Conduct research and analysis related to the pharmaceutical industry, global health systems, and international health policies
Support the development and implementation of a roadmap for all GHS well-being initiatives.
Maintain project files and records in accordance with policies and procedures
Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve the effectiveness of the project management process.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as global health, international development, business administration, or project management
1+ years of experience in project management or project coordination, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across different cultures and countries
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and with clients
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent attention to detail, with an ability to identify and mitigate risks to project timelines and deliverables
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
