Job Summary:
Capgemini is looking for candidates who are at the forefront of their industry and produce innovative software solutions. Responsible for the professional delivery of Thunderhead and SmartComm multi channel communication solution to clients including development of rules logic and XSL, FOP layouts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide solution in wide variety of CCM, ECM and Digital contents related to the business applications.
• This role involves in analysis, designing and development, testing, implementation, configuration, maintenance and supports project management.
• Supports SmartComm thunderhead implementation from initial, which includes presales to the project implementation solution designing and training.
• Providing insights in integrating CCM with multiple upstream and downstream system to build a customized solution.
• Plan Analyze and strategizing future CCM platform and helping team to create roadmap in digital transformation journey.
• Identify and recommend a support to pre and post composition archive requirements.
• Work with domain and business architects to design CCM solutions and infrastructure.
• Handle risk identification and risk mitigation strategies associated with the architecture.
• Resolve disputes and technical problems at cases, and research whitepapers if any on the latest trend in document management domain.

Required Skills:

• 9+ years of professional experience as CCM and ECM expert.
• Extensive knowledge of Thunderhead Now and SmartComm, Cloud based CCM solutions.
• Successfully delivered Thunderhead NOW to SmartComm migration.
• Cloud Solution Certified and Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in capturing requirements to analyze and provides estimation in sizing of the projects.
• Good knowledge of SDLC and Agile Document and content management specialist.
• Worked on multiple migration projects involving multiple platforms for multiple markets, such as US, EMEA and JAPA Legacy Systems. Eg: Exstream to SmartComm migrations.
• Good understanding and in-depth knowledge of SmartComm Administration batch demand and interactive API's and application development.
• Experience in Business object, Schema analysis design and creation using Business Object Studio.
• In depth knowledge of sophisticated Template Designer and Data modular.
• Good exposure of SmartComm, Tenancies and Appliances.
• Managing SmartComm and appliances upgrade.
• Complete understanding of end to end work flows and architecture.
• Experience in file creation, Batch and Output Configuration.
• Experience in migration and BAU will be a plus.
• Having knowledge in Guidewire Policy and claim system is a plus.
