About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and safety-focused Flatbed Driver & Warehouse Associate to join our Knoxville team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods on a flatbed truck between our production and storage facilities, with occasional off-site deliveries. When not on the road, you’ll support daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and material handling.

What You’ll Do

• Operate a flatbed truck in compliance with DOT regulations.

• Load, secure, and unload materials—including oversized or irregularly shaped cargo—using proper safety techniques.

• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance.

• Plan delivery routes and communicate with dispatchers and customers about timing or delays.

• Accurately complete delivery logs, shipping paperwork, and other required documentation.

• Support warehouse operations by unloading incoming shipments, verifying inventory, and organizing stock.

• Pick and stage materials for upcoming deliveries or pickups.

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized truck and warehouse environment.

What You Bring

• Valid CDL with a clean driving record.

• Experience with flatbed hauling and proper cargo securing methods.

• Previous experience in warehouse, shipping, or logistics environments.

• Forklift certification (or ability to become certified).

• Strong communication and attention to detail.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work in various weather conditions.

• Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.
