Overview
The Regional Installation Manager is responsible for the overall execution of our installation experience to the customer through our 3rd party installation partners and our in-house TCS Installation Services. This role includes training, rollouts to markets within the region and oversight of all financial and employee installer development goals within the assigned region. This position collaborates with the Director of Installation Excellence and Operations to develop strategic plans and outlines the actions to achieve those goals. This is a full-time, salaried position on-site at our C Studio manufacturing facility in Elmhurst, IL and reports to the Director of Installation Excellence. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.

Responsibilities
- Works in partnership with the Director of Installation and Operations on driving the business and identifying and setting goals and priorities for the department and alignment with our 3rd party and employee installers
- Works with Installation coordinator to aid Internal installers, and troubleshoot issues
- Evaluates employee installers, hold them accountable and develops plans for continued development
- Evaluates 3rd party installers and shares feedback with 3rd party partners to ensure skill and quality expectations
- Communicate with regional/district leadership and senior installation leaders to maintain open communication and ensures a consistent messaging.
