This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a P58 Order to Cash CS InVivo - Commercial Project Manager, you will be responsible to:
- Plan, organize and execute data preparation activities
- Be an active part in collecting OTC requirements during the scoping phase
- Create and maintain detailed project plans for the area of responsibility
- Guarantee deliverables on time and agreed quality, report status
- Become an expert of the current processes of countries in scope
- Provide guidance to the countries and transfer know-how about the new template
- Represent the needs of the countries during all deployment phases
- Perform/ facilitate data cleansing
- Verify and follow-up on data quality for migration
- Support as data- and process expert in testing and during the cutover hyper care phase
- Supporting the key user environment in the wave countries
- Organizing change impact identification throughout the roll out deployment phases
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions/ trainings for local scope, where necessary
- Support with testing of the local design during user acceptance testing

- Affinity to IT (dedicated SAP skills), processes, numbers, and analysis
- Superior facilitation and presentation skills
- Superior interpersonal skills and strong team player with interest working across zones/ borders and cultures expected
- Experience leading change management efforts
- Project management experience
- Ability to influence and lead large teams for operational success
Required skills to have for the success of this role:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 3-5 years of OTC, CS and InVivo experience highly preferred
- Dedicated experience with SAP and Financial Systems
- Willing to travel up to 20%

The annual base pay for this position is:
Min $92,900 - Max $139,300Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
