ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Mission Intelligence Lead to join our team in Herndon, VA.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The Mission Intelligence Lead on our Prime Contract will oversee a Team that performs intelligence activities to deliver intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance data to inform intelligence plans, taskings, exercises, and operations.
Responsible for compiling intelligence campaigns across all task orders and making connections among disparate entities being attacked to tie them to attribution.
Advises and consults with our Mission Partners and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, determine scope, manage budgets, and deliver high quality intelligence products. Oversee and lead teams of Intelligence Analysts/Subject Matter Experts to engage with customers, contractors, and senior leadership for developing long term Intelligence projects, focused on strategic campaigns primarily focused on Cyber Operations.
Lead coordinated interface campaigns with various military and civilian intelligence agencies and the development of critical information sharing conduits across both Agencies and systems. May also require coordinating closely with deployed teams and foreign partner nations to execute intelligence tasks.
Select Intelligence Analysts/Subject Matter Experts to support our Mission Partners. Work very closely with other key leaders of our Program Management Office (PMO) to initiate requests to collaborate within our Customer's existing Venture and Transition Cell programs to engage defense, academic, and venture communities to solve complex intelligence problems.
Participates in new project initiation at Customer's request and assist in generating the Technical Direction Plan (TDP), plans, and requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in STEM discipline or a related technical discipline, or 4 years of equivalent experience to substitute for education
A minimum of (10) ten years of experience as an intelligence professional within the DoD
Direct experience in cyber threat intelligence applied to threats associated with weapons systems, space systems, and mission networks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for briefing Government Leaders, Commanding Officers, and collaborating with other Intelligence officers, and reporting technical findings clearly and concisely
At least 3 of the following 5 requirements:
Direct experience leading a team of Intelligence Analysts and/or an Integrated Intelligence Center for a DoD and/or IC Agency
Direct experience delivering multi-domain, multi-intelligence data to inform intelligence plans, taskings, exercises, and mission operations
Direct experience interfacing and coordinating across various military and civilian intelligence agencies to develop critical information sharing conduits across both Agencies and systems
Direct experience developing target profiles on regional, national, non-state entities threat actors
Direct experience serving within the US military, DoD, and/or IC
Desired Qualifications:
Prior experience as a J2 or J2 Deputy for a Joint Task Force (JTF), Service Component, or Combatant Command.
Direct experience working for/with NSA, USCC, OUSD (R&E), DARPA, US Space Command, and/or US Space Force.
Prior military service
Master’s degree in STEM discipline or related technical discipline.
Active TS/SCI clearance
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $154,900-$257,800. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
