We deliver a global service with local expertise, to market leading clients across 11 different industries worldwide.</strong></p><p>We are currently recruiting Administrative & Customer Care Specialists who will be based on-site in our Naas office.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>The successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities:</strong></p><ul><li>Processing applications received by post and phone, this includes document verification and payment processing activities</li><li>Monitoring /answering of queries by telephone and/ or email to ensure they are dealt with within the service level agreement parameters.</li><li>Handling of complaints in accordance with company procedures</li><li>Preparation of quality and productivity statistics as required</li><li>Compilation and preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.</li><li>Collaboration with clients or third parties to identify and implement service improvements at an operational level</li><li>Create and update training documentation in line with operational procedures.</li><li>Provide training as and when required.</li><li>Stock Control maintenance</li><li>Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments</li><li>The maintenance of call centre operational policies and procedures</li><li>Handle confidential information securely and in line with Records Management and Data Protection Policies.</li><li>Provide support and assistance to other teams as required.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Skills</strong></p><ul><li>A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role</li><li>Excellent written communication skills in English with the ability to compose professional correspondence</li><li>Self-starter, detail oriented, extremely well organised, and able to manage time and multi-task</li><li>Ability to deal with clients in a professional and courteous manner</li><li>Strong PC skills including Excel, MS Office: Outlook, Teams, Word & PowerPoint</li><li>Comfortable adapting to new situations and problem-solve in dynamic situations</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Benefits of working at SGS Ireland:</strong></p><p><strong>An overview of some of the benefits available:</strong></p><ul><li>Comprehensive training programme</li><li>Progression Opportunities</li><li>Annual Tax Saver Tickets for Rail, Bus and Luas</li><li>Bike to Work Scheme</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li><li>Digital Wellness Platform</li><li>Pension upon successful completion of probation</li></ul>
