This role blends strategic program leadership with active collaboration on instructional design. You’ll help create engaging, data-driven learning and capability experiences that empower suppliers and strengthen Walmart’s ecosystem. About the Global Sourcing and Procurement Team Walmart’s Global Sourcing and Procurement team is dedicated to delivering quality, private-brand goods at exceptional value to our customers and members. We identify and partner with reliable suppliers worldwide, balancing quality, cost, and delivery. As part of this team, you’ll bridge product, tech, and business stakeholders—ensuring our supplier programs deliver meaningful outcomes for suppliers, merchants, and Walmart associates across global markets. What you’ll do

• Lead strategy, design, testing, and launch of supplier capability initiatives (e.g., assessments, intake, readiness)
• Drive execution of key deliverables, ensuring stakeholder commitments are met with quality
• Manage roadmaps and intake processes with strong program management discipline
• Present updates, recommendations, and escalations with executive presence
• Advocate for suppliers, merchants, and end users, ensuring initiatives deliver real value
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with learning objectives and business priorities—actively supporting design efforts to enhance quality, engagement, and consistency across markets
• Analyze data and KPIs to evaluate effectiveness, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement
• Assist in developing content frameworks and standards for consistency and scalability across markets

What you’ll bring

• 8–10 years in learning & development, instructional design support, data analytics, or related fields, with experience contributing to impactful learning experiences
• Experience supporting capability initiatives such as assessments, readiness programs, and intake processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and influence decisions
• Proven ability to influence without authority and deliver in matrixed organizations
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills
• Experience launching and iterating programs in large, complex environments
• End-user orientation and comfort with ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to capability-building frameworks and supplier enablement strategies
• Experience with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline) and LMS platforms
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for reporting and insights
• Knowledge of learning analytics and performance measurement frameworks
• Background in adult learning principles, digital learning strategies, and content localization
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data analysis
