About This Role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing engineering support on both next generation technologies and proven platforms that support and protect our deployed warfighter.
- Fulfilling daily responsibilities including research, developing design concepts, performance calculations and analysis, and hands-on support of testing and troubleshooting.
- Opportunities that range from modeling, analysis, fabrication and assembly, structural design, fastening and joining, and operations of measurement tools.
- Learn drafting practices and create drawings/PMI using GD & T.
- Work with manufacturing/test/ and analysts to develop new designs and design improvements.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Ability to work 40 hours/week
- Experience in Finite Element Analysis Software (Ansys, FEMAP, etc.)
- Willingness to apply aerospace principles, theories, and concepts
- This position requires an individual to be a U.S citizen with the ability to obtain a security clea
