Job Description

• Work with the team to keep backlog up to date and relevant.
• Support daily Salesforce operations by helping triage incoming requests.
• Work with the Salesforce Admins and Devs including external vendors to keep sprints on track.
• Coordinate UAT schedules with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Operations to support with deployment and process changes.
• L2 POC for technical escalation with day to day partners.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce and a strong understanding of project management principles.
• Knowledge in Salesforce Change Management, Salesforce Lightning Web Components, BA skillsets.
• English min. B2

Nice to have:

• Salesforce Accredited B2B Commerce Administrator, SF Accredited B2B Commerce Developer, SF Certified Administrator Certifications.
