Phillips Lytle is looking to expand our talent within our Litigation Practice.

Phillips Lytle has an excellent reputation and a roster of high-profile clients, including Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies in industries such as financial services, environmental and land use, telecommunications, technology, manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences.

Phillips Lytle seeks a Senior Associate with a J.D., Admission to practice in NYS, and at least 3 years of experience as an attorney handling complex commercial litigation; handling white collar defense and government investigations; handling trust and estate litigation; defending product liability litigation; and defending False Claims Act litigation. Must also have at least 1  year of experience working as part of a trial team in state and federal courts (including NY Surrogate’s Court); handling JAMS arbitrations; and handling Canadian cross-border discovery.

This position requires travel ~10% of the time to the Firm’s headquarters in Buffalo, NY as well as out-of-state as necessary (up to 10% of the time) for trials and other appearances.

Annual salary for this position is $166,500.
