Because you deserve much more than a job.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>We are looking for a Application Support Engineer (local contract) to join our BPCE IT business Unit.</strong></p><p> </p><p>Founded in 2015, BPCE Infogérance &amp; Technologies is a subsidiary of Groupe BPCE, dedicated to Infrastructures, End-User Environment, Security and Production. Improving the quality of service for all Groupe BPCE employees and clients, strengthening IT security, in particular Cybersecurity controls and risks, and improving user experience, while contributing to the business growth in a competitive environment are the priorities at the heart of its strategy. </p><p>The activities performed in Natixis in Portugal consist of an accelerator of BPCE Infogérance &amp; Technologies strategic ambitions, fully integrated in the global organization model. At the center of BPCE clients’ ecosystem, this critical platform is used by our customers to access to their online bank accounts, to digitally sign contracts or to acknowledge online payments.</p><p>This perimeter needs to provide 24/7 support, due to its ‘online digital banking’ business.</p><p>This brand-new platform is currently being designed to be “state of the art”, using modern technologies such as Google Kubernetes Engine, OpenShift, XLDeploy, Terraform and Jenkins.</p><p>The Production Engineer participates in projects in the construction and production phases of application developments. It ensures the proper functioning of the applications under its responsibility by taking into account the availability of resources. </p><p>He can also help define the technical components of the IS and manage changes. It provides advice, assistance, information, training and early warning on integration, and oversees progress and continuous improvement. </p><p><strong>Main Tasks and Responsabilities:</strong></p><p>Participate in the Operators' projects under the guidance of the Project Director and/or Project Manager of BPCE Managed Services and Technologies in the construction and production phases of application evolutions</p><p>ʘ Ensure the availability of technical resources ʘ Analyze and correct incidents in levels 2 and 3</p><p>ʘ Actively participate in the production and software development processes in conjunction with Operators Editors and provide operational support to project teams</p><p>ʘ Implement technical resolution solutions of incidents. Perform diagnostics to identify causes of malfunction, propose and implement "back-up" fixes and solutions.</p><p>ʘ Maintain information system applications in operational condition for quality, productivity and security.</p><p>ʘ Analyze the operational risks and customer impacts of its area of responsibility ʘ Ensure the management of environments (definition of needs, validation of development and acceptance environments, monitoring)</p><p>ʘ Ensure a role of advice, assistance, information, training and early warning in integration (definition of the components of the IS, steering of implementation and guaranteeing the required level of quality).</p><p>ʘ Participate in defining usability requirem
