Join us as a Senior HR Business Partner and become the strategic partner to our Tech teams, helping shape the employee experience for our 250(ish) Tech talents. You'll play a crucial role in supporting our ambitious Tech roadmap by ensuring we attract, develop, and retain the engineering talent that powers Qonto's growth across Europe.
As part of the People Development team, you'll directly impact how our Tech leaders experience work at Qonto, partnering closely with managers to align people strategies with our Tech objectives.
👩💻🧑💻 As a Senior HR Business Partner at Qonto, you will
• Partner strategically with Tech leadership to understand their challenges and develop people strategies that support our Tech roadmap and scaling objectives;• Serve as the trusted advisor to Tech leaders and managers, providing guidance on Tech talent management, career progression frameworks, and performance management tailored to Tech roles;• Drive retention and engagement within our Tech teams by addressing unique challenges faced by software engineers, from career development to growth paths and work-life balance;• Support Tech hiring and onboarding by partnering with our Talent Acquisition team to improve our recruitment process and ensure smooth integration of new Tech hires;• Navigate complex people situations specific to Tech environments, including managing high-performers, addressing Tech debt in team dynamics, and supporting cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Product, and other teams.

• Work specifically with Tech teams across our organisation, understanding the unique challenges and motivations of tech talents;• Support teams working on cutting-edge fintech solutions, a platform with banking at its core, augmented by financial tools serving 500,000+ customers;• Partner with leaders who value data-driven decisions, continuous improvement, and high-quality delivery - principles that align with our culture;• Collaborate with specialised teams, including our Talent & Learning & Development team to design career paths and our Talent Acquisition team to attract top talent in a competitive market.
