Your Career

You will be responsible to drive the discovery, build and ROI realization of analytics capabilities for our Products organizations. In connecting decision making capabilities with business action, you will be a key enabler of translating Product strategy into Customer outcomes

• Foster trusted partnerships with Business Unit executives, Product Leaders and FinOps in advancing decision making capabilities and bridging insights-to-action

• Strive tirelessly for simplicity and usability. Passionate about data visualization and packaging insights into intuitive Dashboard experiences
• Work together, win together. Establish synergy with counterpart analytics groups to promote knowledge sharing and standard interpretation of business metrics
• Participate in research & data discovery to inform strategic Leadership requests
• Be intellectually curious, embrace a growth mindset and seek honest feedback towards continuous pursuit of optimization
• Seek opportunities to drive analytics evangelism and collaborate cross-functionally on Enterprise-wide initiatives

Qualifications

Your Experience

• Demonstrated proficiency generating insights on Product Bookings, Telemetry & Usage, SaaS metrics and Cloud Hosting/FinOps optimization
• Extensive experience collaborating with Product Managers, Advanced Analytics and Data Engineers in delivering analytics products
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar BI platforms is essential
• Adept at translating business questions into analytics products and activating insights in business workflows to realize ROI
• Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to build impactful dashboards & analytics products
• Comfortable presenting insights and facilitating business reviews with leadership audience
• Prior experience training leadership, strategy & product management audiences on Dashboard capabilities would be highly desired 
• Bachelor/Master's degree in quantitative field or equivalent military experience required
• Local to the SF bay area
