Reporting to the Senior Manager of Data Center Risk and Assurance, this position ensures that security risks and mitigations for new locations are integrated into contractual requirements, designs, controls, and operational workflows, ensuring that every site aligns with established security standards, audit requirements, and CoreWeave’s organizational expectations.</p> <p>This Sr. Program Manager will execute Risk and Assurance assessment activities for our data centers and associated facilities, partnering closely with Site Selection, Legal/Contracting, Security Design and Operations to ensure risks are mitigated. The role requires a strategic, detail-oriented physical security professional with an understanding of site selection due diligence, audit control assurance and strong cross-functional influence in a fast-growing, high-performance environment.</p> <h4><strong>About the role:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Site Selection Due Diligence: Conduct physical security due diligence for site selection, ensuring appropriate security requirements are included in Master Service Agreements and other lease contracts, collaborating with Site Selection and Legal teams.&nbsp;</li> <li>Post Lease or Build Contract Execution: this role informs and collaborates with the Security Design and Security Operations teams to communicate site security requirements.</li> <li>Conduct operational DC security risk assessments.</li> <li>Collaboration &amp; Influence: Build strong relationships with internal partners, fosteri
