The Global Logistics Controlling & Analytics team at H&M Group is now looking for a Business Analyst to take on this challenge, with focus on incident handling and data accuracy. Are you the one?</strong></p><p><em>Global Logistics Controlling & Analytics is part of the Supply Chain, which is part of the H&M Brand but supporting all Brands and business models within H&M Group. The Logistics Controlling & Analytics team is diversified with colleagues with different backgrounds working closely together to improve the business. </em></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>As a Business Analyst you will be working as the Logistics functions backbone improving our data quality with focus on incident handling and data accuracy. This is an opportunity to be pivotal in a transformation journey at one of the world’s leading fashion retailers and be intrinsic in enabling data in a demand driven supply chain. You will be a part of team including business analysts where you have a leading role in a specific competence area. Our ideal candidate is an inquisitive, self-driven team player who has a keen interest in data accuracy.</p><p>Your main responsibilities will be to:</p><ul><li>Identify, initiate and drive various data quality investigations and improvements</li><li>Data monitoring with the intent of spotting discrepancies or deviations. Follow up with root cause analysis to rectify deviations with counterparts from IT/Business Tech</li><li>Perform comprehensive analysis to support ad-hoc reporting requests</li><li>Specify business requirements in a structured way and support in acceptance testing of new development areas</li><li>Be the voice of the Logistics function in a collaborative working relationship with IT/Business Tech</li><li>Coach and educate Logistics colleagues in data availability</li><li>Ensure that data and reporting security is set up according to organizational structure and legal requirements</li><li>·Stay updated on data management.</li><li>User Acceptance Testing and taking part of the GCP migration journey within Logistics.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>As a person you have:</p><ul><li>A proactive approach to problem solving</li><li>Communication skills with a “can do attitude”. </li></ul><p>To be successful in this role we see that you have:</p><ul><li>Experience as a Data/Business analyst or other analytical role</li><li>Strong analytical skills and the ability to comprehend and analyse</li><li>Ability to cooperate with different stakeholders across the company, understand the business needs</li><li>Ability to take actions on data issues, follow up on incidents and drive the full process, including strong communications skills. You care about the details.</li><li>Excellent command of MS Office pack, knowledge in or Interest to learn basic SQL and Power BI</li><li>Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills</li></ul><p>As a person we believe that you are an open minded, flexible and a communicative team player full of drive and optimism.
