Overview
The Enterprise Resilience Team is looking for a Vice President, to primarily be responsible for developing and executing the enterprise resilience strategy to ensure the organization can effectively prevent, respond to, and recover from significant disruptions. This role encompasses Operational Resilience, Business Resilience, Technology Resilience, Governance, Compliance, and Assurance. The VP will also lead the global exercising and testing program, including coordination with clients and suppliers to ensure end-to-end resilience.
In this role, you will:
Leadership & Strategy
Set and execute against the strategy and direction for Enterprise Resilience which consists of Crisis Management, Service Resilience (Operational) Business Resilience (Continuity), Technical Resilience (Recovery) and Resilience Planning (Governance and Assurance).
Set the vision, mission, strategy, and roadmap for the global Enterprise Resilience function.

Lead and manage a global team to drive the resilience agenda across all business units.
Facilitate the Enterprise Resilience Steering Committee, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and risk appetite.
Represent, drive, improve and maintain the Enterprise Resilience program to enable Mastercard to support our Clients, Customers and Critical National Infrastructure where appropriate.
Be the Subject Matter Expert across the organization and provide industry thought leadership with participation in external industry bodies and other forums.
Functional Oversight
Oversee Operational Resilience, Business Resilience, Technology Resilience, Governance, Compliance, and Assurance functions.
Ensure the development and implementation of robust policies, procedures, and frameworks to manage and mitigate risks.
Ensure the exercising and testing program, conduct regular drills and simulations with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
Manage and control functional budgetary requirements, including staffing plan and program.
Support emergency events across the organization, facilitate the response and recovery procedures (including after action activities).
Regulatory Compliance and Governance
Ensure global resilience regulations are identified and understood.
Ensure compliance across all operations.
Ensure the development and maintenance of a comprehensive governance framework to oversee resilience activities.
Oversee reporting and escalations (where applicable) to the Board of Directors (Risk Committees) and relevant regulatory bodies.
Risk Management and Resilience
Enable the Identification, assessment, and mitigation of resilience related risks and issues that could impact the organization's operations and services.
