You will be transforming the goals of Goodwall's partners into tangible program actions for execution. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of partner programs, from relationship building and scoping through execution and reporting, ensuring every program delivers measurable impact for partners and growth for Goodwall's member base. You are the person where the buck stops, owning program P&amp;Ls alongside qualitative and quantitative performance outcomes.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u><span style="color:#2D2D2D">Core Responsibilities</span></u></strong></p><p><span style="color:#000000">Leveraging your relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and operational rigor, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:</span></p><ul><li><p><strong><span style="color:#000000">Partner development</span></strong><span style="color:#000000">: Build strong relationships with universities, scholarship providers, NGOs, foundations, governments, and corporates, understanding their priorities and translating them into actionable work plans and clear messaging.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#000000">New partnerships</span></strong><span style="color:#000000">: Identify and support the creation of new partnerships, aligning Goodwall's value proposition with partner and customer needs to continually grow the business and member base.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#000000">Program coordination</span></strong><span style="color:#000000">: Lead the coordination and execution of virtual programs across internal and external stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for all program-related operations.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Program design: Leads the design of educational programs based on internal SOPs/playbooks, partner requirements, and domain expertise. Covers research, planning, design, and specification.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#000000">Program P&amp;L and performance:</span></strong><span style="color:#000000"> Oversee program P&amp;L, track qualitative and quantitative performance metrics, troubleshoot issues in real time, and deliver end-of-program reports with full data analysis. Owns end-to-end delivery with rigour. Creates and maintains detailed program plans. Ensures milestones are tracked daily and deliverables meet quality standards.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#000000">Stakeholder management</span></strong><span style="color:#000000">: Organize and coordinate partner meetings and consultations, managing cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful project delivery.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#000000">Internal coordination</span></strong><span style="color:#000000">: Coordinate with product, growth, and operations teams to deliver on partner commitments, ensuring alignment between partner expectations and Goodwall's capacity to deliver.</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><strong><span style="color:#0B0A11">AI as a multiplier: </span></strong><span style="color:#0B0A11">Use AI tools, automations and agents to compound your output across drafting, research, briefing, summarising, partner reporting and internal coordination.
