<h3>Our vision for this role:</h3> <p>Based in Munich, you will work closely together with a diverse team in a split set up. This role gives you the unique opportunity to gain a holistic view on the whole HR value chain and strategic topics from global steering to regional implementation. Your responsibilities include providing support to our <u>Global VP People &amp; Culture</u> on all organizational and also strategic matters while at the same time acting as an inspiring People Partner for our Teams in Europe. Your responsibilities include e.g. serving as a communication interface between different regions, playing an active role in building a collaboration culture in the team and the wider global community and achieving staffing objectives by working closely with other local People Partner, Hiring Managers and Head of Departments. Furthermore, you will have the chance to participate in project work where required.</p> <h3>Your current tasks with the opportunity to grow – What will Your life at Contentserv look like?</h3> <p>In your day-to-day work, you will have a diverse range of tasks with plenty of room for development:<br/><br/><strong>HR Strategy and Implementation:</strong><ul><li>Develop and implement People &amp; Culture strategies that support the company's growth objectives and foster a positive work environment.</li><li>Ensure alignment of People &amp; Culture policies and programs with European labour laws and regulations.</li></ul><strong>Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:</strong><br/><ul><li>Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to making hiring recommendations.</li><li>Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.</li></ul><strong>Employee Relations:</strong><ul><li>Act as a trusted advisor to employees, providing guidance on People &amp; Culture-related matters.</li><li>Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and promoting a positive workplace culture.</li></ul><strong>Performance Management:</strong><ul><li>Implement and oversee performance management processes, providing support to managers in goal-setting and performance evaluations.</li></ul><strong>Training and Development:</strong><ul><li>Identify training needs and coordinate employee development initiatives.</li><li>Facilitate training sessions to enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce.</li></ul><strong>Benefits and Compensation:</strong><ul><li>Administer employee benefits programs and ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.</li><li>Collaborate with Finance and Payroll Department to support payroll processes across the regions. </li></ul><strong>Compliance and Reporting:</strong><ul><li>Ensure compliance with European labour laws and regulations.</li><li>Generate People &amp; Culture reports and metrics for management review.</li></ul></p> <h3>Your Profile – What do you need to fit in?</h3> <ul><li>Proven experience as an HR Manager in a standalone role, ideally within a scaling or fast-paced environment.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of German labour laws and HR best practices.</li><li>Expert in using Personio as our HRIS and its multiple modules</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.</li><li>Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.</li><li>Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.</li><li>Demonstrable experience of proactive HR management in a similar organisation</li><li>Native speaker in German and business fluent English in spoken and written</li></ul> <h3>Some good reasons to join our Team:</h3> <ul><li>Work in a versatile job with a high degree of personal responsibility</li><li>Participate in a professional, international team with flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes</li><li>Experience a cooperative and respectful corporate culture with fun at work and room for your own ideas</li><li>Use the opportunity to learn, develop and grow with the support of our entire international team</li><li>Benefit from competitive compensation structures and a wide range of social benefits</li></ul>
